The first visit

We’re glad you’re preparing for your first visit to Almere Dental. We look forward to meeting you! Here’s an overview of the steps we’ll follow to tailor your first appointment to your personal needs and preferences.

This first appointment lasts approximately 30 minutes. The dentist will conduct a general examination to check the health of your teeth and gums. We also ask that you fill out a health questionnaire beforehand. If necessary, we will take a panoramic X-ray of your jaw and/or two small X-rays. This helps us assess and monitor the condition of your teeth accurately. We believe it’s important to inform you thoroughly in advance, which is why you’ll find the nationally established billing codes below.

Codes
C001 – Consultation for intake
X10 – Taking and evaluating small X-rays (2x for upper and lower)
X21 – Taking and evaluating panoramic X-ray

If you have any photos or records from your previous dentist, please send them to info@almeredental.nl. Due to privacy regulations, we are not able to request these documents ourselves.

Based on the intake, we will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan.
